Booking Policy

We operate strictly by booking only. Walk-ins are not accepted, NO REFUND after payment is made.

Working Hours

Our working hours are 9:00AM to 11:00PM.

Earlier or later bookings attract extra charges.

Deposit & Payment

A 70% deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

The remaining balance must be paid on or before your appointment.

Date Changes

Date change is allowed once only.

Any further change attracts a fee.

Date changes within 48 hours attract a fee.

Punctuality & Time Charges

Please be punctual.

Arrivals later than 10 minutes attract a late fee.

Extended hours attract additional charges.

Home Service

Clients must be fully ready before my arrival.

Waiting time over 15 minutes attracts extra charges.

Studio Rules

  • No touching of products without consent.
  • No toilet use.
  • Personal items must not remain beyond 24 hours (₦500/CFA per day applies).

Visitors

Only one person is allowed per appointment.

No children allowed unless supervised.

Enquiries

No voice notes. Written messages only.

Contact Lenses

Clients must wear lenses themselves.

If I assist, any outcome is at the client’s risk.
